CT University (CTU) underneath the department of RICE - research and Innovation Centre for Excellence has designed and developed preciseness lighter application CNC using Milling Machine. This can be yet one more successful best-out-of-waste project.
The complete machine has been manufactured by using low prices and simply obtainable raw material. it's designed and developed by students namely Gurjot Singh of Bachelors in Interior planning, Gurpreet Kaur of B technical school. (Mechanical Engineer) and Kiran Reddy of Bachelor in tech cse (Artificial Intelligence).
The main purpose of this machine is to make an infinite application in engineering and technology, design, interior architecture, dental and medical sciences. It will manufacture aluminum dyes for injection molding as well.
Elaborating regarding the creating of this product, Gurpreet Kaur, one of the students aforesaid, “The machine runs on AVR controller and powered by NEMA seventeen preciseness Stepper Motors using belt drive and lead screws. it's a bed size of 700 x 400 x 100 millimeters. the general price of the machine is Rs 25,000 only which might manufacture 2nd and 3D complicated shaped parts.”
Jaspreet Singh, R&D Engineer, said, “The machine is developed beneath a start-up plan NEST that has additionally bagged the third position in Start-up Bharat geographic area Yatra, Business plan Competition
